LATE WORK:
If a graded assignment is not turned in by the date set by the teacher, the student will lose points on the overall assignment grade every day it is late until the applicable unit test. After the unit test, no previous work can be made up and the grade is a zero on any missing assignments.
Makeup Work Because of Absence (All Grade Levels):
A teacher may assign makeup work to a student who misses class. The student will be responsible for obtaining and completing the makeup work within the time specified by the teacher.(1 extra day for every day the student is absent) A student who does not make up assigned work within the time allotted by the teacher will receive a grade of zero for the assignment.
