The Applications do not gather precise information about the physical location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using the Applications, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. We may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.

4. Data Retention Policy
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Applications, please contact us at floaty@floaty.sa and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Children
We do not use the Applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Applications are not directed to anyone under the age of 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at floaty@floaty.sa so we can take the necessary actions to remove the information.
