I want to change flights for a particular leg of the journey, can you help?

If part of your journey is allowed to change, you may not be able to do it through the website/app. Please contact our UK based customer support team by email booking@flightbuzz.co.uk 

I didn’t receive my booking confirmation email, what to do?

We are really sorry. Sometimes it may take a few hours for your booking confirmation email to arrive. If you have not received your confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact us booking@flightbuzz.co.uk

I want to change my booking, what should I do?

Most bookings made on our website at the “economy” rate are usually non-refundable and non-changeable. However, if the ticket conditions allow you to change or cancel your booking, you can use our self service “Manage booking”. 


Our support team is here to help whenever you need us. If you require assistance to cancel or change your booking, we will generate a quote for the cancellation and change including any penalty you would have to pay. Please note that sometimes it is cheaper to buy a new ticket than changing your booking. Any modification request must be made at least one week before your scheduled departure date to allow adequate processing time.

Is it possible to change passenger name & date of birth?

Most airlines do not allow changes to passengers' names or date of birth. However, it is possible to fix small errors in the name. Change of identification is never allowed.

I am still waiting for my refund. When will it arrive?

It can take up to 3 months for your refund to arrive in your account. Sorry, it is up to the airline, not us. If we process your refund, it can take up to 5 days for the refund to be deposited in your account.
