We are excited to announce some very special friends of Fletcher have pledged to match your membership donations dollar per dollar up to $3,500 with an additional $3,500 corporate match. 

• Membership donations up to $3,500 will be matched TWICE for a total of $10,500

• Use the Fletcher PTSA membership form on TOTEM or Zelle to donate.

Did you know that Fletcher depends on PTSA fundraising support to bridge the gap and provide enhanced educational programs and fun events for all of our children? Below are examples of programs that Fletcher PTSA would like to support in 2022/2023 academic year:

• Music program for TK-4th grade that allows students to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve music literacy.  This music program supplements the Visual and Performing Arts program provided by the Orange Unified School District for grades 5 and 6. Research shows that students who have early musical training will develop the areas of the brain related to language and reasoning.

• The Art Masters program, which is a supplementary enrichment program in visual arts designed to complement social studies and language arts frameworks. It is our hope that through this program, our students will develop new expressive skills and build competencies with their creative ability and become problem solvers and critical thinkers.

• Health, Wellness and Safety programs, which include providing emergency rolling backpacks for every room on campus, as well as counselor support and positive behavior incentives.

• Teacher and Classroom Support providing for extra teacher supplies, field trip buses and educational assemblies throughout the year.

Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. Examples of such companies are GE, Starbucks, Boeing, Medtronic. If you are unsure whether or not the company you work for offers matching donation and how it works, please ask your company's HR.
