Resource, Process & Capacity Data
Each standard that receives a score of 1 or 2 based on the rubric will receive a Resource, Process, or Capacity evaluation. Is the standard receiving a score of 1 or 2 a result of a Resource, Process, or Capacity issue?
Resource is defined as a financial, tool, or personnel resource.
Process is defined as a clearly defined process as to how the overarching goal of the standard is implemented. A process can be a procedure, framework, or process. Is the process managed appropriately? Is the process continuously improved based on data?
Capacity is defined as the ability of staff to make necessary changes. Capacity may indicate a need for additional professional training and continued experiences with the standard.
