We, the student council at FCHS, strive to make a positive difference in our school and community through Service, Engagement, Recognition, Voice, Enrichment, and Supports by addressing needs and taking action through senior led committees.

Administration Meetings
Student Council has monthly meetings discussing issues brought to us by the student body. Fill out a Talk It Up Tuesday form (located in the Voice section of the website) or talk to any student council member to share your voice today!
Here you will find agendas for each of our meetings, and recordings of these meetings so students and staff at FCHS can have access to what we talk about each month!
Service
The Service Committee is designed to give back and provide service opportunities for Student Council, Fleming County High School, and the community of Fleming County. Some programs that the Service Committee organizes are the mentor program, community service days, and incentives for logging service hours. We have also created databases that students can submit their service hours for, this database is a good resources for when senior begin on college and scholarship applications.

Engagement (Spirit)
The Red SLC, also known as Engagement (Spirit). Is designed to provide spirit. We are also in charge of all student council funding and fundraisers within the community. Another thing this SLC is in charge of is all pep in the school. We do Instagram lives weekly in place of what was once pep rallies. Finally, we are the SLC that gives out house cups, and gives out "You Matter" cards.

Recognition
The Recognition SLC is all about reinforcing students through recognition of their accomplishments. We recognize how amazing all of our students are and want to give them the credit they deserve.
Here you will find access to the panthers, employees, and alumni of the month, along with golden and grand paw winners!
Voice
The Voice SLC strives to give student voices a platform at Fleming County High School. Through means of social media, we connect students to not only the Student Council, but to FCHS and ultimately each other. The Voice SLC's programs include Talk it up Tuesday, Monthly Newsletters/Stall Notes, and control of all SC social media outlets.

Enrichment (Assets)
The Enrichment Committee focuses both formal and informal enrichment opportunities to Fleming County High School. We organize opportunities through the Kentucky Student Council Association and sister councils. We also provide informal opportunities for the student body here at FCHS. It is our job to enrich our high school as much as we can by providing as many opportunities as possible!

Supports
Students & Employees
The Supports Committee focuses on helping students as well as employees to support the students here at Fleming County High School. We provide students with programs such as interclub council, athletic council, honorary student council, and many more!!! For employees, we have some programs that students can take advantage of to get support in return. These programs include a cookbook, weekly newsletters, and even challenges.
