Experiencing No Sound?

Make sure that the Laptop has its volume on.

Make sure that the video, movie, etc; has its volume on

For Soundbars:

1. Make sure the auxiliary cord is plugged in to both the soundbar and your laptop.
   • If you do not have a sound bar, make sure that the auxiliary cord is plugged into your laptop and the projector.
2. Make sure the sound bar is on. (There should be a light to indicate)
3. Make sure that the volume is up.
4. Make sure that the input is correct.
5. If it is still not working, feel free to contact the Tech Desk or Tammy for more assistance.

The Resolution of Your Smartboard isn't Correct?

Make sure that the settings on your computer is on a resolution that is supported by the Smartboard.
