While the LCS Library does the best to try to meet the needs of our students, sometimes the newest or most popular books seem to always be checked out. Our local public libraries can be great resources (books, movies, programs and more), and Lincolnville students can get FREE library cards at the Lincolnville Community Library, Camden Public Library and Belfast Free Library. To get a new card, students will need to accompany a parent or guardian to the library, and complete a quick library card application.

Storyline Online streams videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books alongside creatively produced illustrations, helping to inspire a love of reading in children. Storyline Online is available 24 hours a day for children, parents, and educators worldwide. For each book, supplemental curriculum developed by a literacy specialist is provided.
Brightly Storytime is a Youtube channel featuring a selection of books read aloud.
We Are Teachers "Big List of Children's Authors Doing Online Read Alouds and Activities"
The Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration and its content providers have come together to provide fascinating interactive learning for families and learners of all ages. Programs are free.
Funbrain is a dynamic and intuitive website designed for children Pre-K through 8th grade. It offers hundreds of games, books, comic and videos to encourage skills in math, reading, problem-solving and literacy.
