Demonstrate the correlation of text and digital display

Abstract

An electronic device consists of 0 and 1's. The 0 represents no power and 1 represents power. This relation is called the binary number system. In applying this to electronics, we can provide power to LEDs to allow them to light up. The goal is to integrate these LEDs in a letter and display it. My project displays this idea by the orientation of its lights. With this orientation, virtually any letters could be displayed from the wiring configuration. Also the circuit can be easily operated with the assistance of a microcontroller embedded system or IoT. For example if some business owners are leaving work and had forgotten to shut off their company signs, they can turn the signs off from their phone as opposed to returning to the building and turning off the switches. Another feature of this type of communication is that the message can be changed by articulating the electrical circuit or the coding within Ardunio. An additional benefit is its durability. To conclude, I'm majoring in technology education. I will be teaching the students in high school. The demonstration correlation of text and digital display helps the high school students to understand the digital in communication and inspirate the student creation and innovation in STEM.
