Welcome to the FiDi Fitness Center

at 100 Federal Street


Our newly renovated and state-of-the-art Fitness Center contains a spacious work out area, a group exercise studio and locker rooms, shower facilities, as well as a full variety of cardiovascular, strength and functional training equipment The facility is only available to individuals who work at 100 Federal Street. Bath and workout towels are provided and can be found at various stations throughout the Fitness Center. Lockers are provided for your valuables while you are exercising.

All new members receive a personal, guided overview of the Fitness Center to orient you with its amenities, safe equipment set-up/use, member policies, services, classes, check-in software and more. We believe knowing your fitness environment provides you with the tools for a safe, efficient, and effective workout. In addition, we invite you to meet with our staff to receive a complimentary fitness evaluation and workout program.


The Fitness Center is open:

  • Monday through Thursday from 6am to 8pm

  • Friday from 6am to 6:30pm.

Group Exercise Classes

The Fitness Center also features a group exercise and spin studio where we conduct a wide variety of group exercise classes each week ranging from Boot Camp to Yoga.

The group exercise studio also has a Wexer Virtual Class System which allows our members to participate in over 600 group exercise classes whenever they choose. Members have a wide variety of video packages to choose from to fit their needs, ranging from high intensity cycling and conditioning to yoga and pilates. The videos feature world class fitness instructors and cutting edge graphics to challenge participants to always give it their best when they exercise.

Our Staff

The Fitness Center is managed by First Fitness Management, LLC (FFM). With over 35 years of experience, FFM brings unparalleled customer service and fitness knowledge. Mike Bell, our Center Manager, and Micaela Barbolla, our Fitness Specialist, have degrees in Exercise Science and are certified to lead a variety of group exercise classes. They are available to help all members achieve their fitness goals, from beginners to experienced.

Personal Training

Personal Training and Small Group Training is also offered to members on a fee for service basis. Please see Mike or Micaela to schedule a complimentary session and for our rates.

Access to the FFM Network of Public Fitness Clubs

All members will receive a 50% discount on day passes at our network of public clubs located throughout Greater Boston. These clubs include:

    • 4 Healthworks for Women Fitness Centers located in the Back Bay, Cambridge, Coolidge Corner and Chestnut Hill

    • 2 GymIts in Brookline and Watertown

    • EverybodyFights (EBF) boxing studio located in GymIt Watertown

    • the Republic Fitness located in the Financial District at International Place

    • the NB Fitness Club located at Boston Landing in Brighton.


Membership to the Fitness Center is for building tenants only. Membership costs $49 per month and will be collected by FFM through a monthly electronic funds transfer.

Class Descriptions:

Absanity/Get Waisted/ Core Circuit/ Hard Core: A 15 minute class packed with plenty of moves to strengthen your abs, trunk and posture and core.

EMOM: Emom stands for every minute on the minute. This class is a type of interval workout where you perform a specific exercise at the start of every minute and what time is left over if your rest period.

Functional Strength: This class emphasizes, strengthening stretching and balancing your muscles to improve everyday movement patterns. It is an excellent overall body sculpting routine.

Hells Bells: All levels class combining the ultimate pairing of cardio training with sculpting and toning with the inclusion of kettle bells.

Outdoor Bootcamp: Athletic skills and drills combining cardio, muscle conditioning and plyometric moves.

Intense Interval: High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) at its best. Class includes short and high intensity levels combined with an active recovery designed to train the body for improved performance and calorie burning.

Millworks: A guided group class on the treadmill, emphasizing speed, hill training, endurance, technique and calorie burning.

Morning Grind: A high intensity workout that changes on a regular basis. The class is a mix of aerobic/ anaerobic, cardiovascular, and muscular drills.

Power 2 Endure: A target toning routine that works every muscle group in your body and teaches you weight training basics. Sculpt your body with an assortment of strength training equipment.

Total Body Blast: Incorporates both traditional and functional training exercise that leaves you refreshed and ready to take on the world.

Turn & Burn: A 45- minute cycling class that combines jumps, intervals, hills, sprints to promote total body and aerobic fitness. Spin is a group cycling class set to music and performed on a specialized bike.

Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa movement and corrective body exercises combined to give you a blend of yoga that created balance and flexibility to reduce overall stress.

VInyaya Yoga: This class begins with stretching and works through a series of movements, matching breathe to movement.

Wexer Virtual: This is on demand class that offers a variety of classes. These classes range from cardio, strength, kickboxing and yoga.

Zumba N’ Tone: This class features aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that sculpt the body. The last 15 minutes incorporates strength training and body weight exercises.
