FINE ARTS THEATRE
closed in interest of public safety
Effective Monday, March 16
In the interest of public health and safety due to the risks of COVID-19, we are closed effective Monday, March 16, until further notice. We are committed to the health and safety of our community, our patrons, and our staff, and due to the recommendations of local and federal authorities, we will remain closed until it is safe to open again.
We appreciate your patronage and support in these challenging times. For information about special event rescheduling and refund options, please visit this page.
We are committed to the health and safety of our community, our patrons, and our staff. As long as it is safe to do so, we will keep the theatre open. We have extra sanitizing and cleaning routines in place, and our staff are to stay home if they are unwell. We are abiding by Governor Cooper’s recommendation to cancel or postpone gatherings of over 100 people.
As this is a rapidly changing situation, updates will be made as soon as possible. In the event that closure is necessary, we will give as much advance notice as possible on site and online. If you purchased advance tickets for a special event, please check this page for information about rescheduling and refund options.
In the meantime, if you choose to come out to the movies, please help us with preventive measures by washing your hands and sanitizing your phones. Practice social distancing by spreading out in the auditoriums and giving everyone space in the theatre common areas. Help our staff stay well and avoid germs by disposing of as much of your trash as you can. We do ask that for the sake of all, if you are sick, please stay home.
We appreciate your patronage and support. Please be well and stay safe.
