Chris has run the largest acquisition programs in Government, from the first civilian classified network at DHS to global ISR contracts for the Department of War. He managed $12 Billion in contracts and hundreds of acquisition professionals. Chris Hamm founded FIN Acquisitions in March 2025 after retiring from the Federal Government as a Senior Executive.
FIN Acquisitions is dedicated to improving Federal Government delivery to the Department of War and Civilian Agencies, helping the defense industrial base and silicon valley start ups win contracts.
