Broken Bobcat - UPDATE
THANK YOU!!!! We have received multiple donations and grants from LCMS Disaster Response, the FLGA and SELC Districts.
Repairs are complete on the MT85. In August, we picked up our new Bobcat MT100 skid steer!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!
In March, devastating tornadoes struck the Little Rock, AR, area. At the request of LCMS Disaster Response and the Mid-South District, FGLER’s Bobcat responded to help. During its time there the loader was able to assist on several jobs. While assisting on a big job, the Bobcat experienced mechanical problems. Upon return to Florida, we received bad news: our Bobcat MT85 needs a new engine, at a cost of about $12,100.
The FGLER Board of Directors is currently exploring all options. We are in prayerful consideration of:
Fundraising for repair of the MT85 Bobcat
Seeking grants for repair of the MT85 Bobcat and/or the purchase of a new MT100 Bobcat.
While we are seeking grant funding, we need to raise funds to cover the repairs or match the grant. Please give prayerful consideration on how you can help us make this repair or purchase. Donations are tax deductible. Contributions may be made online FGLER Donation Options
or at: flgadistrict.org/give/
