Why am I missing buttons in Clever?

Clever syncs with SIS. Most of the buttons are available to teachers and students of a course.

Clever sees everyone as a teacher, staff or students. Everyone is assumed to be staff until they are in a course with at least one student.

If you are not seeing a button for an EduApp that you expect to see, please check to see if your courses are scheduled in SIS.

Clever syncs each evening so it might take a bit before the partner company sees that you are upgraded to teacher status. 24 hours is the usual time it takes to have your account ready on the other end.
