New Fables Zine

To celebrate the Year of Stories 2022 and funded by the William Syson Foundation, New Fables was a ten-week art project that aimed to reconnect our young people with the strange and unusual tales of Dundee's social history. 

During the project, our young people visited a range of historic landmarks in Dundee alongside creative sessions exploring why we use fables and art to understand the world around us. These sessions culminated in 4 printmaking workshops at the Dundee Contemporary Arts where our young people created their own print inspired by the stories told during New Fables combined with their experiences.
