The mission of the Whittier Elementary Counseling Department is to implement a comprehensive school counseling program, utilizing measured continual improvement, to reach all students by inspiring and preparing them for their future, through building a community of trust that encourages resiliency, self advocacy, and facilitates student growth in the areas of personal/social, academic development and career/college readiness.
