"TSP"
stands for: Therapeutic Support Program
(a branch of Special Education)
Which means, that my staff and I work with psychologists, and therapists to help students get the most out of their education.
Our program is designed to show students how their positive behaviors can lead to desired abilities. This incentives them to keep using successful behaviors.
When you can reflect on how you are feeling, you can plan a reaction that will give you a more effective outcome.
Many students feel anxiety about having to participate in a subject that they do not enjoy. Having a schedule helps students to see that there is a limit to that undesirable task.
Everyone like do things they enjoy, but sometimes we must complete other requirements first.
Your child will be with their peers and in their General Education Classroom as much as possible, benefitting from tailored TSP strategies while earning rewards that encourage positive behaviors.
