In-person events in times of Covid-19

Useful information for participants in in-person events at the headquarters of the Fondazione Bruno Kessler

• In order to prevent infections and ensure maximum safety for participants and staff involved in in-person events organized by the Foundation, FBK has adopted some specific measures available in Resolution no. 09/2021 of 20/08/2021 - "Directives for the prevention of infection from the Covid-19 virus for the organization of in-person events at Fondazione Bruno Kessler as of September 1, 2021 and until the end of the state of emergency”.

• The "Super Green pass" or “Green Pass rafforzato" valid/equivalent certificate as well as the daily COVID-19 self-certification will be requested daily from all those who will take part in the event.
  The FBK staff responsible for verifying the requirements to access FBK headquarters, is authorized to request the personal details of the holder of the "Super Green Pass" o “Green Pass rafforzato"/equivalent certificate and to reveal the body temperature on a spot-check basis.

• This information integrates the information on the processing of personal data in relation to the Covid-19 Emergency and the information regarding the processing of personal data of the participants in events organized by FBK.

• In order to facilitate the accreditation of the participants in the in-person events at the FBK headquarters, it is recommended to print and pre-complete the daily COVID-19 self-certification to be delivered at the time of registration.
