The information contained in this Online Information Center is CONFIDENTIAL and PROPRIETARY information of Fazoli’s System Management, LLC, and its intended use is strictly limited to Fazoli’s System Management, LLC, its affiliated and related entities, and/or its and their authorized agents. The disclosure of this material to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited and any such unauthorized disclosure shall expose the disclosing party to disciplinary action and other liabilities permitted under law.

The following material is provided to Fazoli’s Franchisees to enter, store, and execute required documents or photocopy same to aid in the operation of a Fazoli’s Franchise restaurant. 

Fazoli's Online Information Center, and any revisions or amendments thereto, outlines certain operational procedures of Fazoli’s System Management, LLC, its affiliated and related entities, which shall be utilized by company and Franchise restaurants. Fazoli’s Franchisees are encouraged to adopt and implement their own administrative and employment practices, provided they do not interfere with Franchisee’s obligations under the Franchise Agreement or as set forth in Fazoli’s Online Information Center. 

Some operational procedures described in this Online Information Center may not be identical to those used in your area and may differ from restaurant to restaurant based on design and individual needs.
