Coaching Staff

Coach Ritter began her volleyball journey as an outside and middle hitter in middle school and continued playing through high school, later competing in intramural volleyball at Eastern Kentucky University. She spent four years as Head Coach at Anderson County Middle School, where she led her team to become Salt River Conference Runner-Up in her final season. With a deep passion for both the game and the growth of young athletes, Coach Ritter is thrilled to bring her experience, energy, and love for character-building to the Britton Bears in their inaugural year.

Coach Vance played volleyball for seven years in Fayette County while attending Jessie Clark Middle School and Lafayette High School.  During the off-seasons, she competed at the club level with Lexington United.  As a right-side hitter, she brought strength and strategy to the court.  While attending college at the University of Kentucky, she returned each summer to help coach her former high school team, bringing valuable experience and leadership to young athletes.  Ultimately, helping players succeed in both the classroom and on the court is what she values most as a teacher and coach.
