Check the calendar for availability
If there are particular apps you wish for us to consider, please include those in your registration. If an app requires students to log in, please check Navigator to make sure it is approved.
Apps or websites that can be accessed on Chromebooks will not be considered unless there is a specific iPad feature that is not possible on Chromebooks.
Use the Request Reservation button below to request your reservation on the Google Form.
Check Out Date: This is the date that you would like to receive the item in the courier.
Expected Return: This is the date that you will place the item in the courier.
*Be sure that this date is at least 3 business days before the next reservation on the calendar.
You will receive an email indicating if your reservation has been approved or denied.

Check all contents of items for damage and missing pieces. If damage occurred, please email fcps.oit@fayette.kyschools.us
Package material(s) safely into original packaging (if possible). Make sure to include all chargers if applicable.
Label package Attention to: Office of Instructional Technology, Lending Library, 3rd Floor, JDP
Place in the courier on or before the last day you requested check-out.
