Agriculture Academy

Kentucky State University

The Consolidated Summer Enrichment Program is an academic and enrichment program operated in partnership with Consolidated Baptist Church, Kentucky State University and the Center for Research on the Eradication of Educational Disparities (CREED) Center. Together, we seek to inspire students to become excited about learning and passionate in their educational and career pursuits in STEM, Agriculture, Art and Environmental Science related fields.

Our mission is to expose underserved and underrepresented students to those opportunities that have traditionally been inaccessible due to socio-economic, geographical, and/or other barriers. Our approach is to use inquiry, investigation, experimentation and evaluation to tackle problem based activities. Hands on learning and field experiments help students understand how all disciplines are interdependent and provide useful applications that improve our quality of life. This approach has proven to inspire, motivate and engage student learning during the summer. Understanding the need for instruction through engagement, Our partnership with Kentucky State University allows an interdisciplinary and applied approach to learning.

Thank you Kentucky State University and the CREED Center for being our Partner in Education
