Individual Career and Academic Plan

Missouri requires every student to have an ICAP (Individual Career and Academic Plan). 

This ICAP will be kept in two places: 

1) In each student's Google Classroom

•  set up through the Counseling Department the ICAP will track the courses students have taken or wish to take

2) In each student's Missouri Connections account the ICAP will track their assessment results and other information they add to Missouri Connections. 

Students will have access to both ICAPS at all times and can update them as they wish. These ICAPS will be discussed during each student's yearly meeting with the counselor and will be updated yearly (or more) when the classes meet with the counselor for career planning.
