I am a hospitality and business professional with a strong academic and leadership background, currently completing my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Lyceum Northwestern University, where I also earned my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Urdaneta City University, which laid the foundation for my career in both the academic and corporate sectors.
I previously served as Program Chair for Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management at STI College Cubao, and as a Trainer at Kingston International College in Singapore, where I helped equip students with practical skills and industry knowledge. My professional career also includes leadership roles in the hospitality and food service industry, having worked as Store Business Manager/General Manager at Lido Cocina Tsina and Operations Manager at Jollibee Foods Corporation.
With a passion for organizational development, hospitality excellence, and people leadership, I strive to integrate academic knowledge with real-world business applications—developing future leaders and driving sustainable growth in the industries I serve.
