This Privacy Policy describes how FastWorX ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the FastWorX mobile application.

1. What is FastWorX?

FastWorX is a high-precision metabolic health and intermittent fasting utility. It is designed to track fasting progress, hydration, and weight goals while providing a social platform for community motivation.

2. Information We Collect

A. User-Provided Information

• Profile Data: When you set up your profile, we collect your nickname, age, country, and profile image.

• User-Generated Content (UGC): If you use the "Community Lounge" or "Global Chat" (PRO features), we collect and store the messages, fasting summaries, and awards you choose to share.

• Hosting: Profile images and report attachments are securely hosted on FastWorX Cloud (powered by Google Firebase).

B. Health and Fitness Data

• Fasting Logs: Start times, end times, and duration of your fasts.

• Biometrics: Weight logs and hydration (water) intake records.

C. Automatically Collected Data

• Technical Identifiers: IP addresses and unique device identifiers.

• Stability & Analytics: Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics and usage patterns via Google Analytics for Firebase (users can opt-out at any time in app Settings).

3. Health Connect Integration

FastWorX integrates with Android Health Connect. Our use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including Limited Use requirements:

• Purpose: We only access weight and hydration data to display your progress trends and sync logs with other health apps you authorize.

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your Health Connect data to third parties under any circumstances.

• No Advertising or Credit: We do not use Health Connect data for advertising or for developing credit-worthiness/lending profiles.

• No AI/LLM Training: We do not transfer, share, or use Health Connect data to train artificial intelligence or large language models (LLMs).

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

FastWorX offers optional PRO subscriptions and digital goods (e.g:  Streak Shields, Auras, Chat Unlock).

• All financial transactions are processed directly and securely through Google Play Billing.

• FastWorX does not collect or store your credit card or financial payment details.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle in your Google Play Store Account Settings.

5. How We Share Your Information

• Global Community: Your nickname, country flag, avatar, and shared fasting victories are visible to other PRO users in the Community Lounge and Leaderboards.

• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, storage hosting, and analytics. These providers operate under strict confidentiality and security agreements.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

We believe in your right to be forgotten.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated cloud data at any time via `Settings > Delete My Data`. This action is instantaneous and irreversible.

• Requesting Deletion: You may also request data deletion by emailing us at chris@fastworx-app.com.

• Local Data: Uninstalling the app or wiping app data via System Settings removes all locally stored Room database records from your device.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of diagnostics and analytics at any time via the Privacy section in Settings.

• Access: You can view all your stored biometric data directly within the "Biometric Analytics" screen.

• Permissions: You can revoke Health Connect or Notification permissions at any time via your Android System Settings.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your health data is treated as sensitive information and is stored with high-level security protocols provided by Google Cloud infrastructure.

9. Children’s Privacy

FastWorX is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If at any point we become aware a FastWorX cloud account was created by a user under the age of 18, we will terminate their account immediately.

10. Medical Disclaimer

FastWorX is a Health & Fitness informational tool and NOT a medical device. Always consult a physician before starting a new fasting protocol.
