What is the Book Fair?
The FASNY Book Fair is a beloved annual event that brings together our bilingual community around the love of reading. Featuring a wide selection of books in French and English, for both children and adults, the fair is a wonderful opportunity to refresh your home library while supporting FASNY.
Proceeds from the Book Fair help fund various PTA initiatives throughout the school year.

At the heart of our project is a simple belief: a book’s journey should never end.
When you donate to our Book Drive, you are upcycling stories and passing the magic of reading to the next pair of hands.

📚 What We Accept:
Books in French, English, Spanish [NEW]
For children, teens, or adults
Only books in good resale condition (clean, gently used, no tears or markings)
If possible, separate bags by language. Extra points if you can separate kids and adults as well 😉

Impact beyond FASNY: The Joy of Reading Project
The FASNY Book Fair is more than a school event. It's the heart of a broader literacy initiative that reaches well beyond our campus.
Through the Joy of Reading Project, the books you donate and purchase travel further: to local families in Mamaroneck and Westchester, and to communities abroad.
In 2025 alone, over 3,000 books were donated, sorted, upcycled, and redistributed with the help of student volunteers and parents working side by side.
The project is rooted in a simple but powerful idea: access to stories shouldn't depend on where you live or what language you speak. That's why we collect books in French, English, and, new this year, Spanish.
