Over 30 years’ experience in financial services, retail and residential property. Spans of strategic transformation, operations, marketing, and creating outstanding customer experiences. Working for The Co-op, Lloyd’s of London, and Zurich Insurance Group of Companies, and as a consultant.

Joe has an MBA, with concentration in strategic management, from California State University, a BA in Marketing from the Ohio State University, and executive education from Rutgers in Digital Strategy and Social Media. He has been on the Global Outstanding Executive list for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Joe and his husband, Olivier, have two children at FASNY entering 8th and 9th grades for 2026-2027.

Joe Kessler est un dirigeant international qui a notamment occupé les fonctions de Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer et de Chief Marketing Officer. Il accompagne les personnes et les organisations dans leurs transformations et les aide à créer un impact positif.

Il compte plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans les secteurs des services financiers, de la distribution et de l’immobilier résidentiel, avec une expertise en transformation stratégique, opérations, marketing et création d’expériences client de qualité. Il a notamment travaillé pour The Co-op, Lloyd’s of London et Zurich Insurance Group, ainsi qu’en tant que consultant.

Joe est titulaire d’un MBA en management stratégique de California State University, d’un Bachelor en marketing de The Ohio State University, ainsi que d’une formation de niveau exécutif en stratégie numérique et médias sociaux à Rutgers.
