Joe Kessler, global executive with roles such as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, helping people and organizations transform and make a difference.

Over 30 years’ experience in financial services, retail and residential property. Spans of strategic transformation, operations, marketing, and creating outstanding customer experiences. Working for The Co-op, Lloyd’s of London, and Zurich Insurance Group of Companies, and as a consultant.

Joe has an MBA, with concentration in strategic management, from California State University, a BA in Marketing from the Ohio State University, and executive education from Rutgers in Digital Strategy and Social Media. He has been on the Global Outstanding Executive list for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Joe and his husband, Olivier, have two children at FASNY entering 8th and 9th grades for 2026-2027.
