We welcome you and your child to the Fannin County School System. The Fannin County School System now utilizes Online Registration powered by Infinite Campus for all enrollment needs, which are finalized through our Centralized Registration office. Appointments are necessary to finalize the enrollment of your child(ren). Please carefully read the information below, fill out the online application (linked below), and book an appointment through the online calendar or by calling 706-946-2004.

The Registration Office is open daily from 7:30 am-3:30 pm. Please call 706-946-2004 if you have any questions.
The Central Registrar is located on the Fannin County High School Campus. When you turn into the FCHS campus, take the first left into the small parking lot. The entrance is at the bottom of the Performing Arts Center.
If you have a PreK student to enroll, the PreK lottery has closed. Please contact our registrar if you would like to get on a waiting list or need more information.
If you have a first-time K-12 student or reenrolling, follow these steps:
Step 1: Gather Documents
You will be asked to upload the documents listed below electronically (scanned copy, picture via phone, etc.). If you do not have all of the forms, we ask that you go ahead and complete the registration process.
Documents Needed: (TAKE PICTURES OF ALL DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU BEGIN)
Two (2) Current Proofs of Residence (dated within the last 30 days, i.e. utility bill, paperwork, etc. verifying your 911 address; PO Box is not a proof of residency)
Birth certificate
Social Security card
Current Georgia Immunization Record (Form 3231) and/or waiver form
Georgia Health Form (Form 3300- Eye, Ear, Dental examination record)
*Examinations are available at the Fannin County Health Department, 706-632-3023
Step 2: Complete the Infinite Campus Online Registration by pressing the link below
Step 3: Make an Appointment and meet with Registrar to Finalize Registration
Please book an appointment through the online calendar or by calling 706-946-2004. When you arrive, you will fill out the Georgia Residency Affidavit form. It must be notarized. A notary will be available when you come to your registration appointment.

Helpful Hints Before You Begin the Online Application:
Have the following information available for all students in your household:
Student's FULL Legal Name (First, Middle, Last - as it appears on the birth certificate)
Student's Date of Birth
Student's FULL Social Security Number (optional)
Write down your application number for reference
Parents should have a valid email address
Be sure to check your spam for the confirmation email
Please note that you can upload the required documentation while completing the online application. If you are unable to upload the required documentation, please bring them with you to your appointment.
Also helpful in making your child’s transition smooth are copies of your child’s last report card, transcript, and the withdrawal form from the previous school. We will be glad to make copies of these documents for our records. To enroll a child in school, you must be either the parent or legal guardian of the child.
