AP US Government and Politics
From College Board Course and Exam Description for US Government and Politics:
"The AP U.S. Government and Politics course detailed in this framework reflects what political science teachers, professors, and researchers agree that a college-level government and politics course should teach students to do: analyze and interpret the Constitution, important political documents, and data to better understand the American national government and the political actors who interact with it. "
American Government and Economics (all sections)
From the Ohio Department of Education:
"The American Government course focuses on how the American people govern themselves at national, state and local levels of government. Students learn about becoming active and involved citizens."
Current Issues
This course covers all major news stories of the day, as well as the overarching themes and issues present in modern culture.
Economics
This course introduces students to both micro and macro economics, as well as the basics of personal finance.
