Summer Reading: Libraries Rock!

Current Grades PK-4 going into K-5

Fairfield Public Schools is once again collaborating with the Fairfield Public Library for summer reading. Register at the library or online at the children’s summer reading page.

Log the number of minutes you read, beginning June 25th. Every 200 minutes gets you to the next level in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Explore the library’s website for more information.

Join us for the Summer Reading Kick-Off Party on Monday, June 21st at 10:00 a.m. at Penfield Pavilion, for fun and activities on the beach!

Visit the NSS Virtual Library page for more summer reading resources.

Parents, please remember to read aloud to your children too! This is true for even older students. Children enjoy listening to more complicated plots than those they can read independently. Have a wonderful time reading together!
