Time to Review, Update & Sign Your Back-to-School Forms in Final Forms!

Back-to-school forms are available in Final Forms for the 23/24 school year. Please log into your account to update all contact and custody information. Reviewing and signing all forms is required each school year.

Updating this information early ensures that our schools have your most up-to-date contact information at the start of the school year in the event of an emergency.

Meal Benefit Applications are Available NOW!

The Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application is now available for the 2023-2024 school year. Households are encouraged to apply via Payschools Central or by filling out a paper application obtained at the Fairfield Administration Building (4641 Bach Lane, Fairfield OH 45014).

ALL families will need to re-apply for the Free & Reduced Meal program within the first 30 school days EVERY school year to qualify for benefits for the current school year. Eligibility for free and reduced-price meals is based on Federal Income Guidelines or participation in other programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Ohio Works First (OWF).
