Hello! My name is Morgan Gill. I am the school counselor at Fairfield West Elementary. As the school counselor, my role focuses on supporting students social, emotional and academic needs. Throughout the year, you can find me doing things like running social/emotional small groups, conducting individual check-ins with students, helping students with executive functioning, assisting in emotional regulation/behavioral strategies and getting families connected to outside resources.
