About Us: F45 provides functional full body training in 45 minutes! Experience cardio, resistance, hybrid, recovery & mobility with world class certified personal trainers! Our team of coaches has a combined 50+ years of personal training experience. We utilize 1-2 coaches per class depending upon size.Â
Parking: We are located on the NorthEast corner of 81st & Metcalf. There is a parking garage directly behind the studio. Park anywhere in the garage even if it says "residents only". Access the garage from 81st St. or through parking lot next to Casey's.
