Q. Can I purchase an F45 Dickson Foundation Membership (At PRESALE or after) and a 28 Day Kickstarter?
No, memberships and trials cannot be used in conjunction with each other. You may purchase a 28 Day Kickstarter and then buy a membership package but there is no guarantee that a Foundation Membership will still be available for sale.
Q. If I buy a membership to Dickson pre-sales and after opening and then want to change to Braddon only, what are the conditions to this?
Foundation Memberships are only available at F45 Dickson. If you choose to move to F45 Braddon you will be given the membership options available at that studio. Rates and memberships are not transferable between studios and cancellations fees as per your agreement will apply.
Q. If I buy an F45 Dickson Foundation Membership and stay for 12 months, what rate will I pay thereafter.
F45 rewards Foundation Members with a lifetime discount and your rate will remain the same for the duration of your time at F45 Dickson. Cancelling a Foundation Membership will forfeit a member being able to access that rate again.
Q. I’ve bought an F45 Dickson Foundation Membership but I also want to now access F45 Braddon, can I do this?
Yes there is a small upgrade offer to access, after your first three months at F45 Dickson. If you would like to access F45 Braddon immediately, you will need to join on a 3, 6 or 12 month or No-lock in membership at F45 Dickson from the outset, not a Foundation Membership.
Q. Is the Foundation Membership Presale deposit refundable, should COVID-19 restrictions continue to impact the opening of F45 Dickson?
The Presale deposit is non-refundable.
While we may not be able to train in the studio we are well resourced to get everyone started on our F45 Live and On-Demand workouts. The coaching team will liaise directly with each member to set this up and discuss pricing.

Q. Where is F45 Dickson located?
490 Northbourne Ave, Dickson at the rear of the WATSO Building (off Challis Street, Dickson).
Q. Is car parking available?
The studio is positioned within the secure car park area of the WOTSO Building, off Challis Street, Dickson. The boom gate to the car park is open between 5:30pm and 6:30am Monday to Friday, and all weekend. (Subject to change at the discretion of the building management, not F45).
Members will be able to park in front of the studio while the boom gate is open and must leave once their class is finished, as car parks are allocated to tenants of the WOTSO Building.
There are car parks (both free and paid) along Challis Street, Dickson.
It is positioned diagonally opposite Southwell Park, where there is also free parking available.
Q. Are showers available at F45 Dickson?
Yes, all members will have access to shower facilities onsite in the WOTSO Building.

Q. Can I cancel my F45 Braddon membership and purchase a Foundation Membership rate at F45 Dickson?
Yes, there are two ways in which you can do this.
Option 1: Cancel your F45 Braddon contract with fees applicable as per the studio cancellation policy. Sign up on an F45 Dickson Foundation Membership with T&Cs application.
Option 2: Transfer the remaining term of your F45 Braddon membership to F45 Dickson (rate and dates apply). Once this expires you can begin your F45 Dickson Foundation Membership with T&Cs applicable. A deposit at the time of transfer request will be required to secure the Foundation Membership.
Q. I would like to remain a member of F45 Braddon but also use F45 Dickson, can I do this?
Yes but only if you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month or No-Lock in membership. Trial members cannot access both studios. A small premium upgrade fee of $9.50 per week is applicable.
Q. What is the cost to retain my F45 Braddon membership and also attend F45 Dickson?
Existing F45 Braddon members (not on trial) can choose an F45 Dickson Premium Upgrade for an additional $9.50 per week to their current membership. You will need to provide your request in writing to braddon@f45training.com.au and allow 14 days from confirmation, before you can access F45 Dickson and commence training in both studios.
Q. Can I switch my current F45 Braddon membership over to F45 Dickson only?
Yes. You will need to provide your request in writing to braddon@f45training.com.au and allow 14 days from confirmation, before you can access F45 Dickson.
Q. Is there a minimum time to stay at F45 Dickson if I change my mind and decide I would like to return to F45 Braddon?
If you are on a Foundation Membership, a 3 month commitment applies.
For all other memberships you will need to provide your request in writing to dickson@f45training.com.au and allow 14 days from confirmation for administration and processing.
Q. I have completed a 28-Day Kickstarter trial at F45 Braddon and would now like to do another 28-Day Kickstarter trial at F45 Dickson. Can I do this?
Yes you can.
Q. I am part way through a 28-Day Kickstarter trial at F45 Braddon and would now like to transfer this to F45 Dickson. Can I do this?
No trials are not transferable between studios but you are welcome to move to F45 Dickson on completion.
Q. Will the coaches at F45 Braddon also be coaching at F45 Dickson?
Each studio will have dedicated management and coaching teams, but you can expect to see some casual trainers across both studios.
Q. How will I be able to book into both classes at both studios?
Booking into classes is done by the F45 Training App which is available for mobile download on iOS and Android. If you have active memberships across both studios you can simply change your location in the App by selecting the icon in the top right hand corner and navigating to either F45 Braddon or F45 Dickson. From here you will see the studio class schedules and be able to book in.

Q. Where do I find the F45 Class schedule?
The schedule will be located on the F45 Training App. To book a class simply download this mobile App, available for iOS and Android.
Q. Can I do F45 if I have an injury?
As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any fitness regime, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you. You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time.
You must consult a qualified medical professional if you have any questions concerning your medical condition or injury.
Q. Do I need to have gym experience to come and train?
Not at all, F45 is for everyone of all ages and abilities. You will be guided by the team of coaches from the moment you step into the studio. All exercises can be regressed or progressed and all members are encouraged to go at their own pace, especially during the early days of your training.
Q How much do I need to pay to join the F45 Challenge?
F45 Dickson Foundation Members will receive participation in the final Challenge for 2021 as part of the membership package. All other members, excluding those on trial, can join for an upfront cost of $50. Pricing for those on trial and non-members will be available by contacting the team directly, with Early-Bird Discounts available.
Q. Can I complete the Challenge at both studios?
No this is not possible as your progress will be managed by one studio team only.
Non-members will be signed up to their studio of choice and stay there for the duration of the Challenge period.
Q. Can F45 increase your fees?
F45 reserves the right to increase your fees only at any time after your minimum contract period has ended. F45 will make a reasonable effort to tell you about this at least 1 month beforehand by writing to the address you last gave us (which may be an email address). F45 will consider that you have received our letter or email on the second business day after it is sent. Where F45 has made a reasonable effort to let you know about a fee increase, you authorise us to increase any debits from your nominated account.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel a class booking or don’t show up to a class I’m booked into?
Class Cancellation Policy:
If you book a class and cannot make it, then please cancel the session within the timeframes below:
• Morning sessions must be cancelled before 9pm the night before.
• Lunch and evening sessions must be cancelled at least an hour before.
For all late cancellations outside of these times, a $10.00 fee will be charged out of your account each time.
No-show Policy:
A $10 fee will be charged out of your account each time you don't show up to a session that you have booked into.
Q. Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you just need to send in a written request, with 7 days notice to: dickson.admin@f45training.com.au
Short term pauses are free, but any suspensions longer than 4 weeks will require a 1 month holding fee payment. When you resume your training you will receive your first month for free (so the pause is essentially free) but if you decide not to return, this will be held as a cancellation fee. Back-to-back pause requests for any longer than 1 month are not permitted (with the exception of no lock in memberships) and will be considered a cancellation.
Q. What happens to my membership if we are required to go into a COVID-19 lockdown in the ACT?
Should F45 Braddon and F45 Dickson be required to shutdown normal in-studio operations due to any health or government lockdown restrictions imposed on the businesses, your membership will automatically be changed to the F45 Live $29 per week contract. This will allow you to access live ZOOM sessions and On-demand workouts from the F45 Challenge App.
Should you not wish to proceed with the Live F45 membership, please email braddon.admin@f45training.com.au or dickson.admin@f45training.com.au to advise your intentions. We will waive the 7 day notice period and suspend your account for a maximum of a month (free of charge) or until such time as lockdown restrictions end.
Q. What health and safety measures does F45 employ in managing COVID-19?
F45 Braddon and F45 Dickson follow the Australian Government Department of Health's guidance about routine environmental cleaning and disinfection in the community for (COVID-19).
