COVID-19 SECURE:
We are currently operating a Covid-19 secure system. All equipment is unique to yourself throughout your workout and sanitized between sessions. On arrival, you will be allocated your own dedicated workout area. Hand-gel and spray are available throughout the studio. Our air handling systems provide over 300 litres per person of fresh air per minute, far exceeding government recommendations.
WORKOUT TIMES:
We operate cardio, resistance, hybrid, and recovery classes seven days a week.
