Get Started with Excel Import...
Use the standard template to update the project details and get started via the Excel Import. Import takes a few seconds to present the overall project data in a grid view.
The system also permits multiple imports to update changes in the field. At a later point, when needed, you also get to add additional undefined activities or modify the existing activities or steps.
To import the template:
Step 1: Access the commissioning project
Step 2: Click the Import button
Step 3: Choose the file you want and click Upload
Note: Locate the default Excel template Exto provides and make changes if you choose to.
Result: The details in the template are presented as activities in a hierarchical structure in the grid view after you upload.
