User group access and permission for tenant level module setup
After creating and importing a module within the menu setup, it's essential that you define the access and permissions to users and groups.
Adding into the groups and providing the necessary permissions enables users to access the various details associated with a module.
Step 1: Navigate to Groups within tenant-level Administration
Step 2: Click the + Add new button to create a new group
Step 3: Specify the group name, description, and choose the users from the drop-down list
Step 4: Select the Module setup checkbox from the Modules section to activate the Module at the Tenant level
Step 5: From the custom modules section, choose the custom module placed with the tenant menu setup that users must have access to
Step 6: Save your settings
