No. The University of Bucharest grants accommodation only for scholarship holders. Paying students must find accomodation solutions by themselves.

To ensure the admission file is considered valid, the candidate must have a minimum study grade equivalent to 60/100 (or 6/10 in the Romanian grading system).
For students from educational systems different from the Romanian system, their grades will be converted to the Romanian grading scale, which ranges from 1 to 10, by the Admission Committee.
The University of Bucharest offers programs taught in English and French.
To pursue the admission process for these programs, you must either hold a language certificate or provide proof that English or French was the language of instruction for at least 3 (three) years.
Duolingo classes are NOT accepted as a language certificate.
Before you start the admission process check that yoour high school diploma is listed in the list of recognised high school diplomas by the Ministry of Education in Romania.
Romanian citizenship + residence in Romania
Dual citizenship holders, one of them being the Romanian citizenship alongside the residence in Romania, will follow the admission procedure dedicated to Romanian citizens (the admission is directly organized by the UB faculties for both on site learning courses as well for online and distance learning courses; please check the desired faculty website as found by clicking the button).
Romanian citizenship + rezidence outside Romania
Romanian citizenship holders that are NOT residents in Romania will follow the admission procedure dedicated to Romanian Ethnics (click on the Romanian Ethnics button).
Whether is the High School Diploma, the Bachelor's Degree Diploma or the Master's Degree Diploma, in order to have a valid file is mandatory to obtain the superlegalization or Hague Apostille.

If your diploma(s) is/are issued in a country part of the Hague Convention, the file will be valid only if the Hague Apostille is applied on the diploma(s).
Access and read carefully the following list where you can find all the mandatory documents needed in order to have a valid file.
Before you start the admission process check that your high school diploma is listed in the list of recognised high school diplomas by the Ministry of Education in Romania.
All the documents submitted through the platform should be renamed according to the following pattern: Type of document. Surname
example: Highschool Diploma.[your surname]
Using the admission button, you can access the dedicated platform where you must submit all the required documents and fill all the mandatory information in order to generate your admission file.
The omission on the admission platform of any of the above mentioned documents will invalidate your submitted file!
Once you have successfully sent your documentation, you have to wait for the issuing of the letter of acceptance by the Ministry of Education.
Be aware that the process can take a minimum of 30 working days. As soon as the Ministry of Education will issue the letter, you will receive a confirmation email from the University of Bucharest.
! Please verify if you are part of one of the countries that does NOT require a study visa by clicking the button.
You have to apply for the study visa at the Romanian Embassy in your country or at the nearest Romanian diplomatic mission.
The University of Bucharest is NOT involved in the process of obtaining the study visa.
For further information we kindly ask you to click on the eViza-Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Romania button and to consult the “Get informed” section.
Do not leave original documents at the embassy, only copies, as you will need them at the enrollment. Without original documents, enrollment is not possible!
After obtaining the Letter of Acceptance and the study visa issued by the Romanian Embassy, you must book an appointment for the enrollment using the following calendar.
Make sure the calendar is on the Eastern European Time-Bucharest (GMT +02:00).
You can now come to our office for the enrollment (90, Panduri Road, 4th floor, room 404, Bucharest, Romania).
The candidate must be present in person for the enrollment!
Make sure you come at the appointment only after you book it in advance and with all the original documents uploaded on the admission platform plus:
a. Proof of payment (original);
Keep in mind that the bank fees are NOT included in the tuition fee specified in the letter of acceptance issued by the Ministry of Education.
b. Passport with student visa;
c. 4 photos ¾ cm;
! Please note that the enrollment will take place ONLY if you submit at the office the originals for all the documents.
