Our company comes to the aid of companies interested in carrying out operations with military products subject to the control regime established by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 158/1999, republished.
The military products subject to control are those included in the list annexed to GEO 158/1999, republished. The detailed list is approved by government decision, the list approved by G.D. no. 476/2023 being currently in force.
Our company provides the following consultancy services, which can also be accessed on a monthly subscription basis adapted to the specific needs of the beneficiary:
assistance in classifying products according to the Military List (ML) and obtaining from ANCEX the result of the rating on the eConsultanta platform, i.e. the inclusion/non-inclusion of the product in the Military List;
preparation of the file for the registration of the company with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Department for Export Control (ANCEX), necessary to carry out export, import, transfer (from or to the EU), brokerage, transit or transshipment operations of military products;
analysis of the operation with military products and/or analysis of the licence dossier, drafting of licence applications, submission to ANCEX, monitoring of application processing stages and licence collection;
PoC (acting as a contact person in relation to ANCEX - taking the exam, dealing with ANCEX counsellors by phone/email, submission/collecting of documents etc.);
management of the database of licensed operations with military products;
preparing periodic reports for submission to ANCEX;
ICP - drawing up the Internal Compliance Programme;
translation of military product names.
