• SwimOutlet will be on site this weekend for any day swim equipment or suit needs.

• There will be a Fan Experience tent out front this year sponsored by Beaman Toyota. There will be a lots of things going on in the Fan Experience tent including a photo booth and livestreaming of the meet in the tent so no one will miss any of the action going on inside. 

• Parking: On-site parking at the ISC is first-come, first-served. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Additional off-site parking is available at the Concord Park Civitan Ball Fields lot. It is encouraged that as many of our Excel Families take advantage of the offsite parking as possible so we can leave as much space as possible for the visiting teams and normal facility use. Beaman Toyota will be providing shuttle service to/from the off-site lot all day. Absolutely no one should be parking at the Brentwood Police Department or at The Winfield at The Heritage lots. Cars parked illegally in the ISC lot or in the Brentwood Police Department or at The Winfield at The Heritage lots will be subject to tickets and/or towed. The highlighted lot in the attached photo is the off site parking lot.

• The Southeastern Scratch rule is in effect for this meet. Swimmers qualifying for finals or consolation finals must notify the Admin Official within 30 minutes of the announcement of the qualifiers for the final event that they are scratching from or intend to scratch from. Furthermore, if the athlete does not wish to compete in finals in that event, the athlete or coach much scratch from finals at the Admin Table within 30 minutes following the posting of that event.
