Remember the Titans is about a school in Virginia thats school boards were forced to integrate the black and the white schools. They offered yoast's job to coach Boone who took the job to make the transition easier. Coach Yoast was moved to a defensive coach which had mixed feelings behind it. Coach Boone and Yoast were forced to work together through games and practices, to break the tension between themselves and their players. At first there was a lot of fighting between players in the beginning but as the games went on the chemistry grew between the players, and they gained unexpected friendships and life long friends.
