2. If you do not know your user name and password, click on either ‘Click here to set up password’ or ‘Forgot your password? CLICK HERE’.

3. A new window appears. Type in your email address (the one on file with the school) then click on ‘Search’.

4. The message ‘Check your email inbox for additional instructions’ will appear after clicking on the 'Search' button. 

5. Go to your email inbox and open the message from ‘no-reply@intouchreceipting.com’. Your user name is listed in the first sentence. Follow the instructions for resetting your password.

6. Go back to https://wa-evergreen.intouchreceipting.com/ and sign in.

      email listing your user name in the text of the email, along with a link to set up your

• Click on your student’s name

• Under the ‘Shop’ category, click on 'Items At Student’s School' 

• Click on the desired category:

• ASB FEE 

• CLASS FEES (ex: PE Shirts, Art/Pottery Fee, Foods Class Fee, Orchestra Strings)

• FOOD SERVICE (add money to student’s food account)

• STUDENT ID REPLACEMENT FEE (to replace lost ID/ASB card)

• YEARBOOK PURCHASE

• Click on Buy 

• Click on checkout/cart icon in upper right corner 

• Click on Checkout

Students participating in school athletics must be covered by medical insurance. If your student does not have private medical insurance, there is school accident insurance plans that can be purchased through Myers-Steves & Toohely.com. The Myers-Stevens & Toohey website offers a variety of coverage plans to fit your needs.  To view plans and/or to enroll, click on this link or pick up a pamphlet at the ASB window.

A.S.B stands for Associated Student Body and it represents the interests and goals of the entire school. 

The ASB sticker fee of $20 helps pay for necessary supplies, equipment and uniforms for our Wy'east extra-curricular programs. Examples of items purchased with these funds are: competition fees, paint and poster supplies for our Student Leader Group and Leadership, pom poms for Cheer, league fees for athletic programs, etc.

Please contact your student's counselor if you are in need of assistance with school supplies.

LATE ORDER instructions (through Bell Imaging)

Starting in the 2023-2024 school year, C-Tran is allowing all school age children currently enrolled in the Evergreen Public Schools District to ride their public transportation for free! A completed application packet is no longer required. Older students may be asked to present their school I.D. 

For students to receive a free Firstenburg Center pass, the parent and student must fill out and turn in the completed Firstenburg application (click here for instructions) and the enrolled student must show their current school year I.D. card.
