CLASS OF 2026 TIMELINE
Oct 17: Senior Meeting for students with Counselors and Yearbook Editor during Helix/Soar in the cafeteria
Oct. 31:  Senior pictures, quotes, and ads due for Yearbook. See info below for directions on submitting items.
Nov. 21: Senior Meeting for students during Helix/Soar in the cafeteria
Dec. 18: Early Delivery date at lunch for special items ordered from Herff Jones
Jan. 23: Senior Meeting for students during Helix/Soar in the cafeteria while all other grade levels are doing curriculum walk
First 2 weeks of March:  Auditions for Graduation & Rise-Up Assembly speeches and National Anthem
March 31: Last day to order Cap & Gown through Herff Jones. Website will close on April 1st.
April 15: Cap & Gown deliver/distribution at lunch from Herff Jones
April  17:  Last Senior Meeting for students during Helix/Soar in the cafeteria.  Clinical students not available on 4/17 will get info on Wed., 4/22 during 2nd period in Nursing Suite
May 14: Senior Awards Night (by invitation only) from 6 - 8 pm in HeLa's cafeteria
May 27:  Graduation Line-up Practice  during Helix/Soar in cafeteria
May 29: Rise Up Assembly at 1:45 pm (wear cap & gowns)
June  2:  Graduation Cap & Gown Walk at Marrion Elem. from Helix/Soar (more info about this coming soon)
June 3: Last day in-building for Seniors before graduation.
June 4 (Thursday) - Graduation Day!:

*   Senior Breakfast TBD

*   MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal at 12 pm at McKenzie Stadium (for students only - attendance will be taken!)
** Royal T/Herff Jones will be at rehearsal for any last minute cap & gown orders/concerns. **

*   Arrive at HeLa HS between 5 - 5:15 pm for check-in (student will park in PeaceHealth's gravel lot on the SW side of the building near the student parking lot) and board buses to McKenzie Stadium at 6 pm. It is mandatory that graduates come to HeLa to ride the bus - YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to drive yourself to McKenzie Stadium. Attendance will be taken on the buses prior to departing. 

HeLa's Graduation is at 7:30 pm at McKenzie Stadium (Gates open at 6:30 pm for families & friends )

** Graduates will be allowed in the stands from 6:30 - 7:15 pm to take photos and visit with family and friends. Then Graduates will need to line-up at 7:15pm for the ceremony. Graduates will NOT BE allowed back in the stands after graduation and they are not allowed to leave McKenzie Stadium with families. They will immediately board the bus back to HeLa HS after graduation per District Policy - thank you for your understanding regarding this strict policy. **

June 12: Last school day for Seniors

Diplomas and final transcripts available for pick-up at HeLa HS:
Friday, June 26 and Monday, June 29 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (including lunch hour)
Diplomas and final transcripts NOT available:
Tuesday, June 30 – Friday, July 10
Diplomas and final transcripts available at Records:
Monday, July 13 – Friday, August 7 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Diplomas and final transcripts available back at HeLa HS:
When school buildings reopen to the public in the fall.

Please note: Records will not be able to print transcripts this summer due to the district’s student information system migration. All students will receive an official and unofficial transcript with their diploma.
