Pandemic EBT Benefits
Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals at school will get extra food benefits. These food benefits are called Pandemic EBT (P-EBT): Emergency School Lunch Program, or P-EBT benefits. P-EBT benefits help families in Washington buy food when school is closed.

Get your Household Application for Free or Reduced-price Meal Benefits in if you haven't already. P-EBT Benefits will be determined by the student free or reduced-price eligibility status we have on file.

Free and Reduced-price Meal Program / Parent Consent

Complete a Paper Free and Reduced-Price Meal Benefit Application and mail or hand it in
at your child's school or the Child Nutrition Services office at the district's Administrative Services Center:
Do you want to allow your Free/Reduced-price benefit eligibility status to be used for additional opportunities or resources? Mail or hand in the Parent Consent to Share form at either your child's school or the Child Nutrition Services office at the Administrative Services Center. Original signed form must be turned in. Please do not email the form.

Student Meal Account Refund or Transfer
Remaining student meal account funds can be refunded, transferred, or donated for meal account funding hardships.
The completed request form can either be delivered to your child's school or the Nutrition Services office,
emailed to email@example.com, or faxed to (360) 604-4052.
Special Dietary Needs
Meal and milk modifications can be made with an approved request. Requests for meal or milk modifications must be signed by a State-recognized medical authority.
