At this time High School gyms are booked with school events/practices and not available for rental.
Turf Fields have little rental availability due to school events.
To request a building rental, you must have or set up a SchoolDude account (link below).
You will receive an e-mail when your SchoolDude account is approved. At that point, you can make rental requests – this is a multi-step process, once the request is made, you will be notified if your request has been approved, and use is only granted once all requirements are met.

The facilities at Evergreen Public Schools are available to the community and non-profit organizations. Activities should adhere to the interests of the district and should not interfere with educational programs. First priority is always given to the education of students. Building usage follows the school year calendar of Evergreen Public Schools. Summer rentals are minimal.

Terms and Conditions
Evergreen Public Schools (“EPS”) rents space in accordance with the School Board Policy. It is the intent of EPS to comply with the requirements of State and Federal regulations that prohibit discrimination based on sex, race, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, and/or handicapping conditions. Agreements for allocating space will be processed on a first come basis after school programs have been established. Preference will be given to youth groups of the District and other groups whose membership contain the largest percentage of District residents.
This request serves as an indicator of interest ONLY and creates no liability for either the Applicant or EPS. Approval of this request by EPS does NOT confirm availability or authorization to occupy the facility until EPS issues a Use Permit.
Organization shall provide proof of liability insurance at its own expense covering District premises in the amount of $2,000,000 general liability. Policies or certificates including the coverage, naming Evergreen Public Schools as additionally insured, shall be submitted to the Building Rentals office a minimum of ten (10) days prior to scheduled use. Depending on the nature of the event or activity, the District may waive this requirement.
All Youth Sports Programs – Pursuant to HB1824, the applicant agrees to fully comply with the State of Washington requirements for concussion and head injury education, prevent, and management. Access to facilities under this agreement will not be granted until all requirements are complete. Applicant must have on file a signed Compliance Statement for EHB 1824, Youth Sports Head Injury Policies.
