Setting up Auth0 Two-Factor Authentication

1. Download the Google Authenticator app on your iOS or Android mobile device.

2. On your computer, go to your email inbox and open the Reset your password email from auth0@eventbrite.com. Then click Confirm.

Note:

• If you also receive a Welcome to WordPress email — you can ignore it. There's nothing you need to do with it.

3. Change your password and click the forward arrow. Keep this browser window open:

4. On your mobile device, open the Google Authenticator app.

• Click the + button in the top-right corner of your screen.
• Click Scan barcode, then scan the barcode displayed on your computer screen (as displayed above).
• In Google Authenticator, find the six-digit code under Ticketfly WordPress.

5. On your computer, using your email address and new password, log in to your website's WP-Admin via the specific URL provided by your client rep.

6. When prompted, enter the unique six-digit code from the Google Authenticator app and click the forward arrow.
