September 2021

Welcome to 2nd Grade! I so look forward to getting to know and work with your child this year! What a great start to the year it has been. It is wonderful to be in the class full-time and getting to know my students. We are busy learning about each other, as well as routines and expectations in 2nd Grade. This Thursday, September 16th, we are having a VIRTUAL Back-to-School night, and we hope ALL parents can attend. This short ZOOM meeting for all of 2nd grade will let you get to know us and the classroom a little better, and share out what we are learning this year and how our classrooms function. It will help you know what is expected of your child this year as well. Please plan to attend! Use your child's iPad, which is going home this week. The Zoom link will be on Clever, just like last year.

¡Bienvenidos al segundo grado! ¡Tengo muchas ganas de conocer y trabajar con su hijo este año! Qué gran comienzo de año ha sido. Es maravilloso estar en la clase a tiempo completo y conocer a mis alumnos. Estamos ocupados aprendiendo unos de otros, así como también las rutinas y expectativas en 2º grado. Este jueves 16 de septiembre, vamos a tener una noche de regreso a clases VIRTUAL y esperamos que TODOS los padres puedan asistir. Esta breve reunión de ZOOM para todos los de 2º grado les permitirá conocernos un poco mejor a nosotros y al aula, y compartir lo que estamos aprendiendo este año y cómo funcionan nuestras aulas. También le ayudará a saber qué se espera de su hijo este año. ¡Por favor planee asistir! Use el iPad de su hijo, que se enviará a casa esta semana. El enlace Zoom estará en Clever, al igual que el año pasado.
