Welcome to the Eureka City Schools Super Sub Certification Portal.  Complete the following steps to attain Super Sub status. 

Step 1: Watch each module.  

Step 2: After viewing each module, complete the corresponding Google Form assessment. You will find a link to each assessment in the module's description (below the viewer) on the Youtube page. To ensure that you'll be able to see the module's description, access the module by CLICKING ON THE LINK UNDER EACH MODULE BELOW.  

Step 3: Once you have scored an 85% on each assessment you are certified! To ensure that you begin to receive Super Sub compensation as soon as possible, please send an email to brooksd@eurekacityschools.org to notify us that you have completed the certification. You'll be added to the list of Super Subs and paid accordingly immediately.
