Meet Your Counselor
Mrs. Collins is a 1999 graduate of Eula High School. She is a 5th generation graduate, and her children will be 6th generation graduates from Eula High school. Needless to say she can't hide her Pirate Pride!! Mrs Collins went on to receive her Bachelors degree from McMurry University in Abilene, in 2003. She began her teaching career in 2003 teaching JH science and coaching. Throughout her career she has worn many hats, including all levels of science, science department chair, RTI specialist, Head softball coach, special education teacher, and secondary campus counselor. She has taught in school districts in many areas of Texas, which include, Petrolia, Van Alstyne, Springtown, Merkel, Trent, and finally returned home to Eula. In 2016 Mrs Collins received her Master's Degree from Sul Ross State University, in Alpine, and began a new adventure as secondary counselor.
Mrs Collins and her family support the Eula Pirates in all they do. If the Eula Pirates are playing, showing, or performing, that is where they will be! As a family they enjoy showing steers, and pigs, playing basketball, baseball, and softball. When they get a free second you can find them camping, on the lake fishing or skiing, or spending time with extended family. They are members of the Eula United Methodist Church.
