Edinburgh University Clarinet Choir

Be There or B♭!

We are a unique society for any clarinet players interested in playing together in a smaller, clarinet-focused group.

Anyone with a clarinet is welcome to come along, play and have fun! If you'd like to hear some of the pieces we play, visit our YouTube channel. Or if you'd like to look at a list of our music, visit our music library.

There are no auditions and we have no minimum standard!

So why not come and join us? We look forward to seeing you at our next rehearsal.

If you're interested, drop us an email, like us on Facebook or Instagram, or visit our Students' Association profile!

Weekly Rehearsal!

Our rehearsals for this semester will be on Monday evenings from 7pm - 9pm in Room 1 of The Chaplaincy Centre. See the map for directions!

For more information, check out our events section or our EUSA profile. Also feel free to message on Facebook or email at secretary@euclarinetchoir.co.uk if you have any questions.

Events

We hold three concerts per year, along with regular busking trips in the wider Edinburgh community! For more information, see our events section!

Our social secretary has also made a fun-filled social calendar for the upcoming semester! Join us for board games, a Big Cheese night and a pot luck provided by our very own committee.

We have a rehearsal every Monday night which is open to everyone who has enthusiasm for playing the clarinet, and we welcome new members throughout the year!

Sister Music Societies

We are one of three sister music societies which have spun off from Edinburgh University Wind Band! We hold a ceilidh every year in conjunction with EUWB, Edinburgh University Brass Band and Edinburgh University Female Voice Choir, and have lots of links between the societies. We all have the common goal of making high standard musicianship available to anyone who is willing to put in the work, without fear of auditions or a need to prove yourself before getting to know you. This is something we're all very proud of!
